From there, you connect on a 30-minute Feedback Call to review the draft together, add detail, and refine it until it feels exactly right. You'll also receive a personalized LinkedIn action item list to sharpen your profile so it reflects your full range of strengths and attracts the right opportunities. Ongoing support continues through weekly check-ins covering interview prep, job search strategy, networking, and anything else that comes up along the way. Jessica will continue working with you until you receive a job offer, and will also help you navigate compensation negotiation.

  • Most clients receive a job offer within six to eight weeks. The timeline depends on your industry, career stage, and how active you are in your search, but the work we do together is designed to get you moving fast and feeling confident.

  • Not necessarily. Part of our work together is identifying your strengths and what work excites you most. Many clients come in with a general direction but aren't totally sure yet. That said, it helps to share any roles or companies that are catching your eye, even loosely. It gives Jessica a target to write toward and makes your materials sharper from the start.

Her resumes are accomplishment and results-focused versus listing job responsibilities. They are ATS compatible and capitalize on keywords from job descriptions for your desired roles. As a recruiter, Jessica knows resumes are scanned for less than 30 seconds and should be easy to navigate at a glance. Your resume will live in Google Docs in your Google Drive, making it easy to update it yourself in the future and to save it as a PDF for submission. Jessica can provide samples directly after your 15-minute consultation.
